Engineering the Foundations for Reusable Spaceflight

OneArc Space Technologies is an Indian space startup focused on developing the core technologies required for India's first fully reusable launch vehicle. We are building the computational models, control systems, control surfaces, and propulsion architectures that will make reusable rocketry a reality for India.

Operating as a division of Engatetal Solutions (OPC) Pvt. Limited, headquartered in New Delhi, we combine deep aerospace engineering expertise with cutting-edge computational techniques to solve the hardest problems in rocket reusability.

Developing high-fidelity computational models and simulation frameworks that accurately predict aerodynamic, thermal, and structural behavior of reusable launch vehicles across all flight regimes — from launch to hypersonic re-entry to powered landing.

Autonomous Flight Control

Building intelligent GNC systems capable of real-time decision making for autonomous booster recovery, including powered descent guidance, precision landing algorithms, and fault-tolerant control architectures that ensure mission safety.

Reusability Engineering

Designing vehicle systems for repeated use — from reusable thermal protection systems and rapid-turnaround engine designs to landing leg mechanisms and vehicle inspection automation — reducing per-launch costs by an order of magnitude.

Indigenous Technology Development

Committed to building 100% indigenous capabilities in reusable rocketry, reducing dependence on foreign technology, contributing to India's self-reliance in space access, and fostering a homegrown aerospace ecosystem of world-class caliber.

Our Path to
Reusability

A phased approach to developing, testing, and deploying India's first reusable rocket technology.

Phase 1 — Foundation (2025)

Research & Computational Foundations

Establishing core computational models, CFD frameworks, and simulation pipelines. Building the foundational aerodynamic and structural analysis tools required for reusable vehicle design. Assembling the founding engineering team.

Phase 2 — Development (2025–2026)

Control Systems & Subsystem Prototyping

Developing GNC algorithms, control surface prototypes, and TVC systems. Conducting hardware-in-the-loop simulations and subsystem-level testing. Validating computational models against experimental data.

Phase 3 — Testing (2026–2027)

Integrated Testing & Demonstrators

Sub-scale flight demonstrators, powered landing tests, and integrated vehicle simulations. Progressive testing from ground tests to hop tests to full flight profile demonstrations of controlled descent and landing.

Phase 4 — Flight (2027+)

Full-Scale Development & Flight

Full-scale reusable first stage development, orbital flight testing, booster recovery demonstration, and iterative vehicle improvements toward operational reusable launch service for India and the global market.
